The quickest way for a Supervisor to qualify for the Supervisor SST cards (total of 62 hours) is to complete the following courses: 

·       30 Hour OSHA Class (not included in package, register for course in OSHA course page) and the following additional classes:

32 Hour SST package 

·         8 Hour Fall Prevention

·         8 Hour Chapter 33

·         4 Hour Supported Scaffold User

·         2 Hour Site Safety Plan

·         2 Hour Tool Box Talks

·         2 Hour Pre-Task Meetings

·         2 Hours of General Electives

·         2 Hours of Specialized Electives 

·         2 Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness

**If a student has already completed training in certain SST topics, credit hours can be applied toward the SST course requirements. Refer to the NYC DOB Course Equivalent document for applicable credit hours toward the SST card requirements.

IF YOU ALREADY TAKE 10 HOURS SST YOU CAN UPGRADE TO SUPERVISOR BY COMPLETING 22 HOURS WITH US.

NYC DOB - IDENTITY & TRAINING VERIFICATION: 

To Get 62 Hours SST Supervisor Card you must present valid OSHA 30 Hours card completed within 5 Years, Instructor's Name, Phone Number and Email. 

Upon registration you must present DMV NY ID or IDNYC. Other State Photo Driving License/Permit/Passport/IC + Copy of Bills

CEU REQUIREMENTS

1. 100% attendance for the course

2. Completion of Continuing Education and Training Registration Form

3. Active participation in all class exercises (determined by course instructor)

4. Completion of required pre-and post-quiz assessment

5. As applicable, achievement of minimum passing score on required end-of-course

examination

6. Participation and submittal of end-of-course evaluation form
