OSHA Construction Worker Safety Training: 10-Hour and 30-Hour Courses

As of March 1, 2018, workers seeking construction jobs in New York City must complete a 10-hour safety training course before working on certain construction sites. Starting in 2019, many workers with an OSHA- 10 card must complete an additional 30-hour safety course or other training by June 1, 2019.

OSHA 30-Hour training for construction prepares supervisors and workers to avoid workplace safety and health risks. Our OSHA-authorized courses are in person and all instructors are OSHA Authorized.. Topics covered in OSHA 30-Hour training include general worksite safety, avoiding common hazards, understanding workers' rights, employer responsibilities and more. Finish your training at your own pace and earn an official OSHA 30 card from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) — a common requirement for employment in construction and other industries.

What's a SST Card?

A Site Safety Training (SST) Card is a card that is issued by a DOB approved course provider to those who have completed a required amount of training.

I need OSHA 40 Hours training, How can I get it? SST 40 Hours

If your are working in construction you need OSHA 30 Hours and 10 Hours SST worker package to get your SST 40 Hours. If you are supervisor you need to complete 62 Hours that is OSHA 30 Hours and 32 Hours Supervisor SST package.
